OMatcher is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for using OMatcher in a respectful, lawful, and honest way.

2. What OMatcher Does

OMatcher lets people join a city-based waitlist, invite friends, and, once a local community is ready, participate in a private matching experience for single orienteers.

If the matching feature is available to you, you may privately indicate people you are interested in. If two people choose each other, OMatcher may connect them by email so they can decide what to do next.

3. Waitlists, Invitations, and Referrals

Joining a waitlist does not guarantee that you will receive an account invitation, that matching will launch in your city, or that any particular number of people will join.

Referral links are provided to help grow local waitlists. You may not use referral links for spam, harassment, deception, or any unlawful purpose.

4. Anonymous Crushes and Matches

Crush selections are designed to remain private unless there is a mutual match. When there is a mutual match, OMatcher may disclose enough information, such as email addresses, for the matched people to connect.

OMatcher does not guarantee compatibility, safety, availability, or any outcome from a match or communication after a match.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse OMatcher, attempt to access another person's information, interfere with the service, submit false or misleading information, harass others, or use the service for commercial solicitation.

We may remove entries, disable access, or decline to provide invitations if we believe someone is misusing the service or creating risk for others.

6. Changes and Availability

OMatcher is an early-stage service and may change, pause, or stop at any time. Features may be experimental, incomplete, or available only in certain places.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of OMatcher after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

OMatcher is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
